Anthem Real Estate
Anthem is a master-planned community in Henderson, Nevada, part of the Las Vegas Valley. It was developed by Del Webb Corporation, and opened in 1998. Predominantly a 55+ community, the southwest area in the Black Mountains of the Las Vegas valley offers breath-taking view of the entire city with world class Amenities. When entering through the tunnel next to the waterfall, its like entering into a whole new world away from Las Vegas. This area is rated one of the top places to live and raise a family in Las Vegas.
With every type of restaurant to please your taste buds including greek, italian, and chinese cuisines, there really is no reason to leave this side of town. Also with a multitude of golf courses, the closest one being The Revere Golf Course which also features there own restaurant right off the course, Buckman’s Grille, is a great place to relax and dine and possibly take a few strokes off your game in the area.
Some close attractions to Anthem include the Lion Habitat Ranch, which is home to the Lions that were originally at MGM Grand on the strip, Speed Vegas, a 1+ mile course that lets you drive supercars and trophy trucks from all over the world in a safe, fun, and friendly environment, and Sky Combat Ace, which allows you to fly fighter planes from back in the day, GO CHECK IT OUT!
This town within the city really offers an array of activities but still gives off a quiet neighborhood feel for everyone to enjoy what Anthem has to offer in the southwest part of one of the biggest growing cities in America.
