North Las Vegas Real Estate
North Las Vegas has much to offer with it being the 4th largest City in Nevada. It has several major parks including Craig Ranch Memorial. It also offers many other outdoor adventures. North Las Vegas is about 30 Min max from Downtown and Las Vegas Blvd. If you enjoy the nightlife vibe, you don’t have to travel far. Lake Las Vegas is also a short hour drive outside of the city.
This city offers many different gated communities to live in including, Aden Square, Mira – Delmar, Mira – Mesa, Valley Vista, Aliante, and many more. If schools drive the location of your home, there are approximately 8 high schools, 20 middle schools, and 20 elementaries to choose from.

Craig Ranch Regional Park is located at the northeast corner of Craig Road and Commerce Street in North Las Vegas. The park is approximately 170 acres in size and features a 65,000 square-foot skate park; four civic plazas; three dog parks; two lighted competition baseball fields; tennis, volleyball and basketball courts; community gardens, eight reservable ramadas; and expansive open spaces for citizens to enjoy.
The park amphitheater offers seating up to 8,000+ the venue is completely customizable to various events, and will provide the residents of Southern Nevada with live entertainment options ranging from community productions up to large-scale, multi-day, multi-artist festivals. Park Community garden offers sixty-two, 5’ x 13’ personal gardening plots that are available for reservations on an annual basis.
Aliante Discovery Park
Kiel Ranch Historic Site is located at 2465 Kiel Way, North Las Vegas, NV 89030. The park is approximately 26 acres and features a clean, quiet, peaceful little park. No playground facilities, but there are a couple of picnic areas with grills.
Sunrise Mountain is located east of Las Vegas in Clark County, Nevada. Even though Sunrise Mountain is over 3.3 miles NNW of higher peak Frenchman Mountain many people in the Las Vegas Valley refer to Frenchman Mountain as Sunrise Mountain since the sun rises from behind it.
Broadacres Marketplace is located 2930 Las Vegas Blvd N, North Las Vegas, NV 89030. This area features Sprawling flea market with a vast array of tented vendors, plus food spots & live music on weekends. They are open 3 days a week. Friday – Sunday. Prices vary per day, but are never more than $2.50 to enter.
