Providence Real Estate

You can find Providence in the North West Las Vegas region. It is a beautiful Master Planned Community providing over 5,000 single family homes and two multi-family complexes. Despite the distance from Downtown and the Las Vegas Strip, highly accessible freeways make it a quick and easy commute to the popular metropolitan areas. The distance offers a sense of seclusion and peace in the neighborhood. All four seasons can be experienced when living in Providence as the tree-lined streets change colors throughout the year. This unique traditional “New England” style community presents a refreshing setting in this Las Vegas desert.
Sense of Community:
Events are held throughout the year in both of Providence’s parks. Fourth of July celebrations at Knickerbocker Park with fireworks, food trucks, and carnival games are a community favorite. After the recent completion of its construction, Huckleberry Park has everything one could think of: A basketball court, bocce ball court, splash pads, work out stations, large and small dog parks, as well as tennis courts and a brand new, colorful, and intricate playground for the kids provides endless opportunities for family and friend fun. Holiday spirit is high in this area of town. Christmas lights and wreaths decorate the streets each year.
Outdoor Fun:
There is plenty to do for the outdoor-loving families living in Providence. Only about a 30 minute drive to one of Las Vegas’ most popular Winter destinations, Providence is only a short distance away from Mount Charleston. Lunch at the lodge is a fun afternoon adventure during the warmer months. In the colder seasons, Lee Canyon offers a variety of snow sports for locals including skiing, snowboarding, and sledding. Also nearby is Lone Mountain. Hiking enthusiasts enjoy this relatively easy trail and its gorgeous views of the valley from the top.
Community:
The North West area of the valley is an ever-growing part of town and the area near Providence is quickly expanding.
