Skye Canyon Real Estate

At the furthest North West corner of the Las Vegas Valley one can find the beautiful Master Planned Community of Skye Canyon. Closeby to its neighboring community, Providence, it maintains a mountain-esque atmosphere whilst creating a modern feel. There are 11 model home neighborhoods inside of Skye Canyon constructed uniquely by a variety of builders. Distance from the Downtown and Las Vegas Strip might seem far, but US 95 is available nearby making for a quick and easy drive. Skye Canyon sits nicely halfway between the bright lights of the city and the serene nature of Mt. Charleston.

Skye Canyon is one of the newest installments for home living in Las Vegas now. The roads are calm and inviting. White picket fences around the town present the typical picture of the American Dream in Sin City. The model homes are set to interest those looking for newer properties in town.

There is so much for homeowners and families to do in Skye Canyon. Not only are there five parks to choose from for walking trails, covered picnic tables, playgrounds, splash pads, and dog parks, but Skye Center is available with even more. Skye Center is located at the heart of Skye Canyon allowing for beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces for its residents to use for gatherings and events. It boasts fireplaces and a Junior Olympic pool as well as a fitness center with personal trainers, classes, and even a juice bar!
